Lithium based grease fortified with PTFE
The Basic Outline
The presence of Teflon (PTFE) particles in ROLGARD enhances safety because they are chemically inert, increase service life of bearings and other critical components and parts. Thus helping minimize downtime and reducing maintenance costs.
ROLGARD contains no Chlorine, which has been known to promote corrosion.
It also contains no Silicone, which has been known to cause migration problems
Increases System Reliability
ROLGARD provides extra protection against chemicals at degrade conventional lubricants. This lubricant is particularly useful when system failure would be intolerable or when shut down cost are large in relation to component or replacement cost.
